the process of getting the surgery is also all of those things and more.

We are a group of psychologists and therapists that have been working with bariatric

surgery patients for over 20 years helping them navigate the process, understand the

challenges and the changes, and work toward achieving their goals. We know what it

takes to succeed, and we love taking the journey to get there. Our group can provide

information about surgery, conduct pre-surgical psychological assessments, do

individual therapy before and after surgery, conduct post-surgical follow-ups and

assessments, lead support groups, and more. We have been involved in every aspect

of bariatric surgery and can help you to navigate the process and achieve success.

We work with most insurance companies so that you can use your healthcare benefits

for our services. If we’re not contracted with your insurance, we can contact them to

explore contracting options. If we can’t contract with them, we provide sliding scales

based on income, so that every patient is able to get the care that they deserve.

to complete and gives us information about you that we will use to complete your

assessment, so it is helpful if you are able to complete these before your appointment.
